Quick Overview
  • MFM Sub Seal™ is a prefabricated self-adhering sheet-type waterproofing membrane.
  • It is composed of a tough multi-layer high-strength polymer film that is coated with a layer of specially formulated rubberized asphalt adhesive. A release sheet protects the asphalt and is removed as the membrane is installed.
  • MFM Sub Seal is engineered to be a multipurpose waterproofing sheet suitable for use in both vertical and horizontal waterproofing applications. Sub Seal can be used in foundations and other below grade structures, plaza decks, balcony waterproofing, under siding, exterior plaster and as a through wall flashing.
  • The special Sub Seal polymer modified waterproofing compound self-seals around punctures such as nails, screws and staples. This advanced system will bond to the substrate and will seal around fasteners to prevent damage caused by water penetration.
